  • Appointments & Scheduling

    To schedule or reschedule an existing appointment, please call our master scheduling line. This number is for scheduling appointments for ALL locations of The Center for Pain.

  • Emergencies

    Please do not leave multiple messages on the after hours line. 


    In the event of an after hours emergency, please go to your local hospital emergency room where you will be evaluated and treated.

  • Payment & Insurance

    The specialists at The Center for Pain are participating physicians in Medicare, and accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield PMD, Worker’s Compensation, Heath Springs, Tricare, Viva/Viva Medicare, and Medicaid. Call to find out if we participate in your insurance program.


    Insurance information must be provided prior to seeing a physician. Worker’s Compensation commonly requires prior approval on non-emergency cases. Correct processing of claims requires complete and accurate information.


    Insurance co-payments and deductibles are due at the time services are rendered. Our business staff is available to answer any questions and to fully explain fees for office visits and treatments.

  • Prescriptions & Refills

    A 24 hr. notice will be required on all medication refills. Doctors will not be available to prescribe medications during the evenings, weekends, holidays, or on Fridays; therefore, refill requests received after noon on Thursday will be handled on the following Monday. The Center for Pain will NOT fax prescriptions to the pharmacy or mail prescriptions to any residence under any circumstance. Doctor’s partners will NOT provide refills by phone. It is the patient’s responsibility to call the physician at least three (3) business days in advance of running out of medications. If appointment gets changed, please leave a message on the nurse line for a refill until your next appointment.
